Welcome, and thank you for choosing A&F Pro Cleaning. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure transparency, satisfaction, and smooth service delivery.
Booking & Scheduling
Booking Validity:
All sessions in a pack must be used within 6 months of purchase.
​Rescheduling Fee:
If a service is booked more than 48 hours in advance, and the client reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £10 rescheduling fee will apply.
Cancellation Charge:
If a session is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice, 100% of the service price will be charged.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund Policy:
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control; including severe weather, accidents, transport disruption, or emergencies. If a booking is affected, we will promptly reschedule your service at a time that suits you best.
Use & Transferability
Non-Transferable:
Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
Recurring Bookings:
A minimum commitment of 3 months is recommended for weekly or bi-weekly plans. Early cancellations may incur a pro-rata charge.
Service Delivery & Access
Late Arrivals:
If we are delayed, your full cleaning time will still be honoured. If the client is late or unavailable, the session ends at the original scheduled time.
Property Access:
​Safe access must be provided at the scheduled time. Failure may result in a forfeited session.
Pets:
We are pet-friendly! However, pets should be secured during sessions for safety reasons.
Liability & Safety
Breakage & Damage:
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to £100 per incident, unless gross negligence is proven.
Health & Safety:
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous environments.
Products & Equipment
Client Supplies:
When requested to use client cleaning products or equipment, A&F Pro Cleaning is not liable for their performance or potential damage.
Satisfaction & Support
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours. We'll do our best to make it right.
Reviews:
We value feedback. If issues arise, please contact us before leaving a review, we genuinely want to resolve it.
Payments & Data
Payment Terms:
Payment is due at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
